SwissBoardForum AI Circle 

The AI Circle is a new pilot format for members who want to engage with a specific topic in a small, focused group.

Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping strategy, governance, risk, productivity and decision-making. The AI Circle helps board members stay close to these developments and translate them into practical questions and actions for their own board work.

• Marius Vetrici is an IT business executive with more than 25 years of experience in digitalisation and artificial intelligence. He holds a doctorate and a master's degree in IT project management, advises organisations on digital transformation and GenAI implementation, and teaches AI masterclasses for executives.

• Martin Söderberg is an independent advisor with experience of strategy development, transformation and corporate governance for multinational companies. He supports boards and CEOs in strategic decision-making, holds an MSc and PhD in physics from KTH Stockholm and an MBA from IMD Lausanne, and has been a member of SwissBoardForum since 2015.

The session is held in English.

During the session, you can expect:

• practical examples and use cases
• an interactive exchange with peers
• concrete takeaways for your board practice

This is deliberately not a traditional webinar. To create a focused and interactive learning environment, participation is limited to a maximum of 30 members.

The October session is a pilot. Based on participation, feedback and demand, we will evaluate whether the AI Circle becomes a regular SwissBoardForum format in 2027.
